Nova Broadcasting Group is in the process of buying the television channel “Channel 3” and four more radio stations and two music televisions. This is understood by a statement on the website of the Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) EOOD and Elite Media Bulgaria EOOD, Radio Veselina EAD, Vitosha FM EOOD and Radio Express AD.
Together with the television channel, the media company, owner of Nova TV, also wants to acquire the radios “Veselina”, “Vitosha”, Magic FM, The Voice. The latter two also broadcast a program in the form of television shows.
Nova TV was bought by Kiril Domuschiev, who has interests in the pharmaceutical and shipping industries and is the owner of the Ludogorets football club in February 2019.
Late last year, Channel 3 boss Iva Stoyanova became news director at Nova.

A reference in the OFFNews Commercial Register showed that since February this year “Elite Media Bulgaria” has a new owner: BEST SUCCESS INVESTMENT EOOD, which is owned by Cyprus registered TORUK LTD. The manager of both companies is Gergana Stefanova Danova, who according to the Channel 3 site is the actual owner of the media.
According to the Cypriot registry, the director of the Cypriot company is GIEDRE GASKAITE. He holds the same position in several other companies operating in different countries.
The owner of NOVA BROADCASTING GROUP is Advance Media Partners AD, which is managed by Kiril Domuschiev.
The activity of NOVA BROADCASTING GROUP AD includes the creation of television content and the distribution via cable, satellite and IPTV platform of seven television channels with coverage for the entire territory of Bulgaria: Nova TV – politematic; “Kino Nova” – movies; Nova Sport – sport; Diema: movies and sports; Diema Family – movies; Diema Sport – sport and Diema Sport 2 – sport.
