P The Attorney General’s Office of the Prosecutor’s Office has charged S.C. and G.I. – Passengers in a car driven by Christian Nikolov during a car accident that claimed Milen Tsvetkov’s life, announced the Sofia Prosecutor’s Office.
“After the evaluation and analysis of the evidence available in the case, a decree was drafted to prosecute SC and GI in accordance with article 290 (1), § 2 of the Penal Code. The two defendants were unable to take action: a cash guarantee of BGN 10,000 each. The investigation is ongoing.
