A strange image emerged when information from emergency personnel about the Chernobyl nuclear power plant was included.
General Ventsislav Mutafchiiski explained his unexpected appearance at 23:00 with rumors and doubts on Facebook.
Bulgarians suspected that the fire, which had been put out a few days ago, and the wind had caused radiation pollution.
However, before the official refutation, a strange superposition of the main characters appeared: General Mutafchiiski, the head of the Civil Protection Gen. Nikolay Nikolov and Prof. Hristomir Brunzov, Director of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH).
The radiation seemed to hit an extraordinary briefing, in which the three claimed that there was no excess radiation in the country after being in their midst. And in the end, the images on the TV screen had doubled, they were shaking, and this was evident on all TVs that directly transmitted the signal transmitted by FET.
“The bad signal was caused by a technical problem in one of the cameras. Work is being done to resolve the problem. BNT tomorrow will explain exactly what happened and apologize to everyone as it should,” they said on public television.
The information sessions in the Council of Ministers are filmed with two BNT cameras, and the public media report to all televisions. This has been the case since the beginning of the state of emergency, the press service of the Council of Ministers announced this agreement.
That’s why viewers saw the bad image on every television.
