Demi Lovato appears on the cover of the May issue of Harper’s Bazaar, where, in an interview with the magazine, the singer recalls his past and his connection to the present. Demi Lovato is trying to move on with her life and career, leaving behind some of her closest friends. As fans know, she gained fame with Disney movies, where she befriends Selena Gomez and the Jonas brothers.
And although they were close friends of Selena and even had a relationship with Joe Jonas, Demi tells her that everything is already in the past for her and that she has no contact with any of them.
“When you grow up with someone, you will always feel something for him. But we are no longer Selena’s friends. I will always love her and wish her well,” Lovato says, not specifying why the two girls no longer speak to each other.
And while Selena is part of Demi’s past, the artist still has a relationship with another college girl she meets at Disney. This is Miley Cyrus, who obviously has a lot of support for Demi in difficult times.
“Miley is great and I love her to death. I will always love her,” said Demi Lovato, who did not lose his gratitude to Cyrus for helping her strengthen her friendship with Ariana Grande.
According to Demi Lovato in the music industry, it is always believed that two women cannot be friends and would never support each other, but the singer disagrees.
“I am very happy that we have a strong friendship with Ariana because it is a very difficult time,” added Lovato.
Demi does not thank her fans for the support they have given her many times while recovering from the overdose and for the patience they have been waiting for her to release new music.
