He was born in Chirpan, grew up in Kardzhali, studied in Plovdiv (he followed the agrarian economy there for two years), and then went to London with the music group Dialogue in which he participates.
“From a young age, I had the fixed idea of going abroad. Just to try to see the world. And I’m always curious,” says Bonev.

In London he plays with bands, organizes and conducts concerts by Bulgarian bands on the island. They also travel to other European countries. However, he decided to continue his education and studied accounting at the City of London College for one year. Before singing, or rather in parallel with him, Bonev had a successful acting career. Therefore, it is changing to act. He completes courses there and thanks to this he is noticed by several agencies that invite him to star in commercials, extras and movies.
