The police closed the women’s market
Previously, the metropolitan police closed the Women’s Market in massive inspections of compliance with anti-epidemic measures. On Saturday, the good weather drove many people to the market and to walking, and the Ministry of the Interior and the municipality of Sofia announced that massive controls were being initiated to comply with restrictions on walking in parks and physical distance.
After consulting with the Metropolitan Municipality, the police closed the Women’s Market for failing to comply with the measures there. Although the market closed a day ago and bandwidth was introduced, the crowd of people there continued.
Since yesterday, the stalls of the Women’s Market have been fenced, the entrances and exits have been separated, and like the regime, a large number of people are lost in the large chain stores, and the movement between the stalls is only one way.
A large queue curled up at the market entrance on Saturday, and although most people wear masks, the two-meter distance is not respected. Interior Ministry officials warned the patrol car speakers to stay away.
Despite the restrictions imposed, there were hundreds of visitors.
According to the sellers, the introduced regime represents a greater danger for people, since the required distance is not respected in the queue.
Massive inspections around the capital.
Previously, the police and the Metropolitan Municipality warned that massive controls were being initiated in the city on whether people were complying with the restrictions on walking in the park and whether they were following a distance.
The DDA said they would intensify checks in the capital so there would be no criminals. So far, 220 acts have been prepared and the penalty is 300 BGN, instead of the previous 5,000 BGN. Every citizen with a fine has the right to appeal to the court.
“Intensified checks are being carried out on compliance with physical distance measures in Sofia,” Mayor Yordanka Fandakova warned on a Facebook account.
Police will monitor bans on gathering people in one place and walking in urban parks and gardens.
“I urge anyone who has to go home to wear a protective mask or scarf. Fighting an enemy we don’t see, and the spring and the sun create the delusional feeling that it’s all over. Unfortunately, they don’t. Show that the next few days are extremely risky, “recalls Fandakova.
Earlier, Prime Minister Boyko Borisov announced that from April 12 to 12, the use of public masks would be mandatory, as a last resort a scarf should be worn.
Police with measures to follow measures in three metropolitan neighborhoods

The blockade will temporarily remain in the neighborhoods of Hristo Botev, the Faculty and part of Orlandovtsi, BNT reported.
People will pass 60 points, only those who go to work or have other good reasons.
