The state’s chief health inspector, Professor Angel Kunchev, recommends that all citizens postpone going to hospitals if it is not urgent and necessary, a journalist said. Plovdiv24.bg. This happened during yesterday’s market visit to the city in the heat.
Kunchev acknowledged that the health system’s focus is currently on the coronavirus, but emergency assistance has not been denied to people in need. According to him, there is no point in closing entire hospitals.
