We remind you that Alexandrov pleaded guilty to all charges and said he was sorry for what happened.

The crime was committed in October 2018. The 28-year-old defendant worked as a security guard in a private company. The man received a permit for the storage, carrying and use of firearms and ammunition, he possessed a pistol, according to the prosecution.

He lived as a family with Darina Ministerska in the Nadezhda district of the capital, with whom they had a daughter, Nicole. The relationship between Victorio and Darina was tense, so in October 2018 they were effectively separated.

At around 2 p.m. on October 29, 2018, Alexandrov went to see his son. A conflict arose between him and the minister. He hit the woman on the head and body, then pulled out a gun, pointed it, and fired two shots. The bullets hit the chin and neck, causing the victim to fall.

The defendant took the child and left the apartment. He went with him to North Park, where he threw away his cell phone. He then moved to the Ilientsi district, where he had lunch at a catering establishment. Later, after hitchhiking in a car, he and his daughter went to Hadji Dimitar’s neighborhood.

Victorio Alexandrov pleaded guilty to the murder of his girlfriend and son

A few hours later, Alexandrov ordered a taxi to the Nadezhda neighborhood, where he forced the driver to hand over his mobile phones. He made him go first in the direction of the Lyulin highway, and then to the village of Dolni Bogrov. To do this, the accused used force, hitting the driver with a pistol on the neck. He threatened him with the words: “If you do what I tell you, you will live.” He kept the barrel of the weapon resting on the man’s neck all the time, the prosecution reported.

Upon reaching the village, Alexandrov and his youngest son took refuge in a brick building near the road.

Meanwhile, the victim’s parents visited the apartment that their daughter lived in. With the help of a locksmith, they managed to enter and found the lifeless body of the woman. At his signal, the Interior Ministry’s search for Victorio and Nicole began. As a result of his actions, his whereabouts were established.

When the police team arrived, the man and the boy were asleep. The defendant woke up and then shot his daughter. He aimed the gun and put the gun to his head. Blinded by police searchlights, Alexandrov pulled the trigger and fired, but instinctively retreating, he did not fire.

During the allegations, a prosecutor from the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office demanded that the defendant be sentenced to the most severe punishment for murder: life imprisonment without parole. The prosecution will continue to insist on the harshest punishment and will file a protest against the verdict in the Sofia Court of Appeal.
