An 18-year-old man was arrested after a shooting on the Plovdiv highway. The self-discipline came after a dispute over the advantage of overtaking one of the bridges over the Maritsa River, NOVA reported.
Sofia’s boy pulled out a gas pistol and fired to intimidate the driver of the other car. His pistol was later located and confiscated. According to the prosecution, the young driver’s actions were audacious and seriously violated public order. This crime is severely punished in the Penal Code.
After an argument with another driver on the highway of a busy boulevard in Plovdiv, the young man, while driving a car, pulled a gas pistol out of the window and fired into the air. The vehicle is owned by his 41-year-old father. The seized gas gun and ammunition are legal property and registered by the child, said Plovdiv Interior Ministry spokeswoman Tanya Kostadinova.
