Lead expert Lilyana Pavlova from the Department of Housing and Municipal Property Policy has asked to buy her apartment on Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd., right next to the Little Basilica. It is priced at BGN 70,000 for 64 square meters of living space.
The latest mayor to get an apartment is Petya Guner, an expert from the Financial Policy Department. The apartment is 45 square meters and its market price is 51 thousand lev.
Another 9 homes will be sold in the Housing Fund session. Four of them are in “Trakia”, three in Stolipinovo, one in “Central” and “Western”. They range in size from 36 square meters to 70 square meters, and their value is 24,000 to 70,000 leva.
