The confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in our country are currently a total of 190,027, of them, 86,909 are active. 96,622 people were cured, of which 2,894 were registered during the last 24 hours.
There are 6,535 hospitalized patients with a proven coronavirus infection, 536 of them are in intensive care units or clinics.
According to the Bulgarian National Information System, COVID-19 was found in 8,374 medical employees.
The death toll in which the new coronavirus was confirmed was 6,496, with 157 of the cases in the last 24 hours.
The newest infected are in the capital – 281. Followed by the districts of Varna with 149 people and Plovdiv – with 122.
