The number of infected since the beginning of the pandemic in our country exceeds 100,000
3,519 are the new cases of COVID-19 during the last 24 hours. Results are based on 7934 PCR tests performed. 44% of them have shown a positive result, the highest percentage since the start of the pandemic in our country. Thus, the total number of infected since the beginning of the pandemic in the country reached 101,770.
A black record of deaths: 152 have lost the battle against the disease in the last day. However, 942 people were cured.
Active cases are 69,171, of which 5,353 are hospitalized. There are 288 housed in intensive care units.
The highest number of new cases registered is in the capital: 1,163, followed by Plovdiv with 311 and Blagoevgrad with 224.
