The inspection was carried out jointly with experts from the “Danube Region” and “West Aegean Region” basin directorates. For the Vladayska river, the ecological minimum in the amount of 20 l / sec is provided in accordance with the permit. The commission found that in the direction of the “Studena” dam along the Vladayski canal are directed about 160 l / sec. total of the three basins. At the same time, today’s “Studena” dam status report shows an input of 61 l / sec, or about 100 l / sec. they are lost from the Vladaysky canal to the “Studena” dam.
Based on inspections carried out by experts from the two basin directorates, several illegal water withdrawals were established, including diversions for the Drinking Water Treatment Plant and diversion for the Kalo neighborhood of Rudartsi village and other diversions with users unidentified people who have not issued permits. under the Water Law, as well as the applications submitted for it.
For deviations established in the quantity from an average of 100 l / sec. From the tributary of the “Studena” dam, the regional governor of the Pernik district and the Public Prosecutor will be notified so that they can take actions within their competence.
