The confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in Bulgaria are 17,146 in total, 4,280 of them active. 12189 are the cured. 32 of them were registered during the last 24 hours.
773 patients with proven COVID-19 are housed in hospital care facilities, of which 53 are in intensive care units.
The national information system shows that the medical personnel who were diagnosed with the new coronavirus in our country are 965.
In the last 24 hours, 20 new cases have been registered. 3 of them were found by doctors, 10 – by nurses, 4 – by nurses and 3 – by other medical personnel.
These new data show that we are already very close to the alarming limit of 1,000 K-19 medical patients and that so far there are no signs of a reduction in the rate of infection among them.
677 deaths were confirmed in which coronavirus infection was confirmed. A new case was registered in the last 24 hours. A 74-year-old man died of cancer and heart disease.
The Ministry of Health expresses its condolences to the relatives and relatives of the deceased.
