Don’t expect to see Britney Spears anytime soon.
According to her lawyer Samuel Ingham, the pop icon will intimidate her father Jamie and will not resume her music career unless her assets are controlled by her guardian.
The conservatism was founded after her public meltdown, and Jamie has now overseen her life and finances for more than a decade. Legal parenting also calls her into her career.
At the hearing on Tuesday, the prosecutor alleged that “my client informed me that she was afraid of her father.” He will not re-introduce if his father takes charge of his career. “

Spears is trying to remove her father as the sole defender in the case, but Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny on Tuesday refused to do so but said she would consider future petitions in the matter.

Ingme said he would make such requests.
The “poisonous” singer halted his musical career in early 2019.
However, Jamie’s lawyer claimed that under her father’s authority, the singer had sunk into debt of million 60 million, and removing him as a protector was detrimental to her daughter.
The judge approved the Bessemer Trust as a co-conservator, at the request of the singer.

Ingham also claimed that Jamie had not given any notice of the action he would take on Spears’ estate – such as the appointment of a new business manager – despite her being a “high-paying”. The attorney also said that Britney and her father had not spoken for a long time, but Jamie’s lawyer alleged that Ingam was obstructing communication between the two.
In recent months, controversy over conservatism has sparked the #FreeBrit movement, which calls for the singer to be freed from his legal guardianship and accuses Jamie of being oppressive. He is also accused of stealing from his fortune, which he has denied.

The singer’s mother, Lynne, said through her attorney that her daughter should not be forced to comply with her father’s unreasonable demands.
