Baier said Dorn’s speech and the story were “heartbreaking.”

‘She was here with her family. The president referred to them in the speech and I think that if you do not think that the violence in cities around our country will make a big difference in this election, then listen to Ann Dorn, ‘said Baier.

Video surveillance of the building where the shooting took place and neighboring businesses show the last moments of David Dorn. He was killed by looters who broke into the pawn shop and his body was found on the sidewalk at 2:30 p.m., according to investigators.
