Washington Capitals returned to the ice for the first time in four months on Monday for their first day of Phase 3 training camp. But I immediately faced an existential crisis. They are the capitals Really Back if Ovi isn’t back in his office?
On Tuesday, everything felt good again when Ovi returned to the left circle and hit the bottom of the net once.
