British Prime Minister Boris Jones has ordered top aide Dominic Cummings to resign immediately after Cummings’ team mocked his fiance in a text message.

Sir Bernard Jackin, chairman of the Commons Liaison Committee, which oversees everything from government finances to public appointments, thinks Johnson now has a chance to regain “respect, integrity and trust” between himself and the Tories.
“It’s an opportunity to reset what the government runs and emphasize some values about what we as a Conservative party in government want to project,” he told the Guardian.
