BLACKPINK’s MV “How You Like That” has officially broken YouTube records!
On June 29, Variety reported that YouTube had confirmed that 86.3 million BLACKPINK views for “How You Like That”. YouTube also stated that “How You Like That” had set the record for the most viewed YouTube premiere with 1.66 million simultaneous viewers at its peak.
BLACKPINK reportedly broke these records earlier this week, but with unofficial numbers. The official YouTube view count often differs from the view counts that are measured in real time.
The previous official record holder was BTS, with “Boy With Luv” previously holding the official record for most 24-hour views (74.6 million views) and “ON” previously holding the official record for most premiere. viewed from YouTube (1.54 million concurrent viewers)) Before BTS, BLACKPINK’s “Kill This Love” had held the record for most views in 24 hours.
