Pence expressed a sense of urgency in his speech with warnings about the safety of Americans if the Democratic ticket is successful. The Democratic vice presidential candidate will talk about Trump’s “failures to contain COVID-19 and protect working families from the economic downturn,” according to the Biden campaign.
