The first minutes of what could be described as a defensive fight of action, the Philip Rivers touchdown pass is the only touch of the first part of the Mo Alley-Cox, as the Indianapolis Colts have a 10-point halftime lead over the Chicago Bears. Rivers found Ally-Cox on an early drive to give Indianapolis a 7-0 lead, one they won’t give up in half.
Credit the Colts defense for keeping Nick Falls and the Bears offensive on the field, even though the Falls started to heat up after starting 5 of 10 games for 25 yards. The wicket went for the False y૨ yard on the fourth possession of Chicago, but it was Demetrius Harris’ third down throw in the red zone that gave Chicago a field goal – a bear loan point in the first half.
Phillip Rivers blocked an obstacle by Khalil Mack and stopped Roquan Smith in the end zone, but Rivers threw the 401st touchdown pass of his career, but the Colts still have the lead. The Colts entered the NFL’s last game with a third down conversion percentage (.30..3%), but were out of the third down in the first half.
