The production crew at The Batman is ‘Round the Clock Working’ to try out scenes from the film without Robert Pattinson, who self-separates after testing positive for Covid-19.
The Hollywood actor, 34, who is believed to have walked the set with the temperature – will have to stay away from shooting the film for 14 days after he recovers and to make sure he does not spread the deadly virus.
Amid fears that a two-week suspension of production could cost as much as 5 million, the film’s director, Matt Reeves, is trying to make as many films as possible at Warner Bros. Studios in Leviesden, Hertfordshire, without his leading man.

Any of the 130-strong crew who did not have direct contact with Pattinson are asked to return to work and the sets that were prepared are being moved from Studio G to another studio.
People inside one set told Mailline Online, “Anything that can be shot and doesn’t involve Pattinson will go ahead now.”

The crew can be replaced as most are freelance and taken for the duration of the shooting but it would be disastrous if another big actor got the virus.

He arrived at the studio and told the set-nurse nurse that he had an ‘elevated temperature’.
Subsequent electronic temperature testing meant he was sent home and asked to test for the virus.
The result returned positive on Thursday which led to an immediate shutdown in production.
Without naming Pattinson, Werner Bros. Studios said in a statement: ‘A member of The Batman Productions has tested positive for Covid-19, and is differentiating according to established protocols. Filming has been temporarily suspended. ‘
A source said: “The production staff works around the clock to move things and allow some filming to take place.”
A source in the film confirmed to Vanity Fair that Pattinson Covid was positive when it was common knowledge among the crew that caused him to shut down.
“We have been sent a memo informing us that a crew member has undergone a positive Covid-19 test,” an internal official told the Mail Line.
‘Everyone on the set was talking about how elevated the temperature was when Robert Pattinson left for work. It was common sense in the crew.
‘We didn’t know he was the person who tested positive, but we all guessed it was.
‘If he was a member of the crew they could be replaced and the shooting could continue. Only when filming stops do you know that he is one of the principals involved. ‘
As Pattinson is young and healthy, he is expected to make a full recovery and start shooting, which resumed earlier this week after being shut down in early March due to an epidemic.

When production stopped in March, Robert had to stay in the UK with other cast members.
Others living in Los Angeles have returned but had to be separated for two weeks before the set could be turned on as per government guidance.

Pattinson, best known for his role in Tightlight Movies, took on the role of Capped Crusader last year after stepping down as Ben Affleck, who was developing a ninth film featuring Batman.

Jeffrey Wright, who played Commissioner Gordon, said on the Jesse Kegel show: ‘I’ve worked with that makeup artist before and it’s just incredible.
‘Colin went to decide one day and I just walked him [laughs] I was like, “Okay, hey dude what’s up, where’s Colin? We’re going to shoot?” That was it, it’s pretty remarkable. ‘
The change was revealed in a teaser trailer released by director Reeves at a fan event in the U.S. last week.
The new film sees Batman play the role of Paul Dino the Ridler against his common enemies.
Catwoman and John Terturo have played the role of crime boss Carmine Falcon in Kate Krav rav Witz Stars.
Lead: Robert, best known for his role in the Twilight Saga movies, played the role of Capped Crusader last year after leaving Ben Affleck.
