Ayesha Curry is the ultimate fitness spa for quarantine.

Back in May, the 31-year-old Canadian-born actress and mother-of-three took to Instagram to reveal that she lost 35 pounds amid the COVID-19 pandemic by showing off her toned physique in full view in a two-piece bikini.

‘Name me long enough,’ she made the photo taken by her husband NBA star husband Stephen Curry.

Since that time, the New York Times bestselling author, chef and restaurateur, has teamed up with Fitbit Premium to develop exclusive original content inspired by her personal health journey focusing on her two passions, fitness and food.

‘I started my fitness journey because I wanted to be strong and healthy for myself and the people who depend on me. But it was important that I did it my way, which meant I had to work out to fit into my life, NOT take it away from me, ”Curry revealed in a partnered Instagram post with Fitbit. “I hate the term balance because I do not think there is a formula that works for everyone, but I believe that creating time for yourself is never a waste of time. So I went to work to finding ways to incorporate healthy habits into my busy schedule, and picking up a few tricks along the way (easy 10-minute workouts, quick healthy recipes, etc.). ”

“Fitbit Premium came in handy via quarantine. It was great while I was traveling and going out of my routine – I could apply to the great content of library education anytime, anywhere so I didn’t fall off track. It is a great source for home and education training, ”she says Lifestyle of Yahoo Canada. “My Fitbit Premium Summer Series for Fitbit includes four short, easy-to-do workout videos, each focusing on a different part of your body exclusively in Fitbit Premium. My quick workouts that will be in the Fitbit app will include arm circumference, core strength, legs & gluten and stimulating stretching / slow OR HIIT body weight. This variation helps you reach both weights and cardio, depending on your goals. ”

As a woman with many recipes, here, Ayesha shares with us the best tips for nutrition and fitness.

Invest in simple and controlled essential gymnastics

‘Get yourself some simple equipment, such as weights of two and three pounds; resistance bands; a good, cushy mat; and a sofa as a chair. I have a body weight, so I do not need much, equipment, “Curry tells Yahoo Canada Lifestyle.

Focus on your ZZZs

‘Being healthy is not just about what you do in the gym or in the kitchen – it’s also about the intermediate shift and how it all fits together. I had never realized how much sleep affects everything else, but what I have learned from my Fitbit sleep data is that I am not getting enough of it, so that is the next thing I will be working on. It is associated with so much of our overall health and is so important. “

Maintain a solid eating morning routine

“My daily routine typically starts with a coffee mixed with Ghee and coconut oil. I try to drink 32 ounces of water for 32 afternoons and taste it with cucumbers and lemon. I, too, will have a few [of] recipes in Fitbit Premium to view as well. ”

Be careful about food, but not diet

‘I really have control over all kinds of diets, and try to keep in moderation to nutritious, delicious food. I track the food I put into my body via the Fitbit app on my phone, and the calories to my daily goal are in one glance at my watch. ”

Love your veggies

‘We are a’ green vegetables ” family – we love Brussels [sprouts], asparagus and broccoli. I want to roast them on high heat to give everything a nice char and enhance the taste of the veg. There’s nothing I like more than a one-pan / one-pan-pan dinner, so most nights I’ll make up a protein and roast it next to the vegetables. ”

Make traditions for meal

“Chicken Parm is a family favorite – it’s comforting. It’s a pretty basic dish, but it’s also one of the first things I did for Stephen when we were dating, so it’s nostalgic. I do a lighter breading with panko instead of normal breakcrumbs, and whip up a super quick and fresh tomato sauce for the top layer. ”

Make it a family affair

“Stephen and I rode bikes together, which was really fun, like trying to do our workouts together. Even the kids will come to training sometimes! It’s something like summer camp with Stephen and I both at home, so we try to keep the kids active. ”
