However, thanks to regular customers, the year survived well, says Schöberl: “Order online, pick up.” The secret is to build a good relationship with your customers as a small retailer: “This is how we can do what we do I love it, I recommend it to customers,” says the bookseller. “And customers are loyal to us.”
