According to police reports, the accident occurred between 11:30 pm and 12:45 am on the B311 in the direction of Lofer (Pinzgau). A previously unknown driver veered off the road and hit a tree. The vehicle was seriously damaged in the process and was subsequently dumped on the road.

Meanwhile, he has been admitted from Saalfelden to Zell am See hospital with a dislocated shoulder and a head injury. The man could not say how he got to Saalfelden and who drove the vehicle. The police are conducting further investigations.
