Notable: Not a single rule violation was found in Vorarlberg. The police still do not punish all crimes, but increasingly they act. There was only one violent case: A Viennese shisha bar in the 17th district simply whistled for the prescribed closure on Tuesday and opened anyway. The operator and around 20 guests must now be prepared for penalties that can be quite high.
