Several units of the Task Force on Street Crime (EGS) carried out actions against drug-related crime in Vienna-Brigittenau on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, the task force to combat street crime (EGS) arrested six suspected traffickers at a focus in Brigittenau.
Three suspected drug traffickers observed
On Hellwagstrasse in Vienna-Brigittenau, EGS investigators observed three suspects who were independently selling narcotics. One by one, the merchants, aged 27, 29 and 36, were arrested. The researchers found heroin in the mid-double-digit gram range and amphetamines, among other things. A fourth suspect, aged 19, was arrested and another drug was found while opening an apartment, and another accomplice, a 19-year-old, was arrested while opening an apartment. Agents also seized other drugs there.
Observed heroin dealers
At Hartlgasse, other EGS agents also observed two men for selling heroin. The brothers, aged 24 and 32, were arrested. Agents seized 25 bags of heroin and cash. Investigators discovered even more drugs in a reference apartment. EGS researchers reported ten clients for both actions.
