For the Vienna Gastro Ordinance, this means that a restaurant operator is obliged to collect the name, phone number and email address of his guests. In addition, the host must also write down the table number. In this way, in case of infection, the number of people who must be quarantined can be kept low. So not all guests need to be isolated, only those who sat near the infected person.
In addition, all city companies must inform a specific contact person. In case of infection, this should facilitate contact tracing, that is, finding contact persons.
