Home law
Especially since the health of the players and coaches is at the forefront at all times, in the first three rounds of the competition, the home right for matches between a regional federation and a Bundesliga club will be awarded to the club from the Bundesliga.
However, in order to play a home match against a Bundesliga club in the second round, the clubs of the regional federations have the right to submit a request for the cup match to be played at their sports facilities if the conditions of the infrastructure allow the party to develop in accordance with all legal requirements. Allow regulations, ordinances and concepts and guarantee the safety for the health of all those involved.
If two Bundesliga clubs are tied with each other, the local right belongs to the club selected first at the time of the draw.
