A drunk 28-year-old Viennese fell from a balcony in an apartment in Linz on Friday night after trying to show how strong he is. He climbed into an armchair, climbed over the railing, held it there with both hands, and allowed himself to hang. However, after a few seconds, his strength ran out and he fell from the third floor, Upper Austrian police reported.
The man had visited a 24-year-old woman at her apartment in Linz Urfahr together with a 31-year-old woman from Linz. A lot of alcohol was consumed during the night. At around 10:15 p.m., the Viennese wanted to show off his strength and climbed on the parapet. The 28-year-old was available after the accident and was transferred to Kepler University Hospital.
