Entrepreneurial Festival of the Young Economy from 25 to 26. September completely online – free participation, tickets will be refunded.
Vienna (OTS) – Austria’s largest entrepreneur festival, the JW Summit 2020, will be held entirely online this year.
Based on a current risk analysis, Junge Wirtschaft (JW) and all JW regional organizations are forgoing the originally planned live event with several hundred participants at Wiener Neustadt.
The growing number of Covid 19 infections and the increasing incidence of disease among the very young make this step necessary.
Risk for young companies
The main concern of the organizers is to minimize health risks, especially since quarantine or disease requirements would carry considerable economic risks for the business activities of young companies.
Of course, all the information and the momentum program of the JW Summit is fully protected online: all the speakers and live acts are present on the stage of the Arena Nova in Wiener Neustadt and are broadcast live.
As additional support for young Austrian entrepreneurs, online participation in the JW Summit will now be possible free of charge, but prior registration is required. The costs of tickets already paid (including remote tickets) will be reimbursed.
Virtual networks
JW Summit 2020 was planned as an online multimedia event from the beginning. That’s why participants also experience a full event in the virtual room: they can remotely switch between conference rooms and chat with other participants.
This also provides networking opportunities and ensures that the 2020 JW Summit will give Austria’s young entrepreneurs a strong boost for ideas, knowledge and network. (PWK383 / HSP)
