Second, what is perhaps more serious as a failure: a new lockdown, including business and school closures, has been repeatedly categorically excluded. Many were delighted to trust him. Much of the confidence gained in the spring through rigor in action has been lost, which is now urgently needed to gain sufficient acceptance in the population for the next steps.
