“That was just the beginning”

It’s official from Tuesday: Strache’s team will not move to Vienna City Hall. How to proceed now.

The election of Vienna was defeated and with it the political dream of Heinz-Christian Strache also failed. The former vice chancellor did not arrive at the city council with his Strache team. His new party stayed well below the five percent hurdle at 3.27 percent.

However, he could still be a district councilor, but Strache also rejected this project after Tuesday’s elections. “I myself, of course, will remain a political person, but I certainly will not be a district councilor, but will support future district councilors from Strache’s team whenever I can,” he told News magazine. Strache has a new plan. He wanted to become an entrepreneur and start a magazine.

Now Strache posted Schlappe for the first time after the election on Facebook and he’s combative. “It was not the end, but only the beginning of a new and honest movement of citizens and a freedom family,” writes Strache. And further: “Our common path for Austrian interests will continue consistently!”

It wasn’t the end, but just the beginning of an honest new civil liberty movement and a family. Our common path for Austrian interests will continue steadily! ????????
