The report of the investigation commission created on Thursday to deal with the terrorist attack of November 2 is not published. “If we want to shed light on everything, including in the intelligence and police sectors, then a certain degree of secrecy is of great importance,” Justice Minister Alma Zadić (Greens) told reporters. A second report with “conclusions and certain analyzes” should be available for publication.

The commission of inquiry under the direction of criminal law professor Ingeborg Zerbes (image below) will present the first results in four weeks and a final report by the end of January. Zadić said that the Interior Ministry and the Justice Ministry will analyze what can be published together with the Commission. In any case, a confidentiality agreement should allow the members of the commission to inspect all relevant documents. There should also be interviews with “relevant people”.
