As of today (October 18, 2020, 9:30 am), according to the Interior Ministry, so far 64,806 people across the country have contracted Covid-19. 893 people died as a result of the infection and 49,561 have recovered.

Why the numbers on the board may differ
The AGES Covid-19 dashboard obtains its data exclusively from the Epidemiological Registry (EMS) and is updated once a day at 2 p.m. The EMS is the official registry that district authorities and laboratories enter.
At the Ministry of the Interior, however, the figures are published as part of the daily videoconference of the state crisis and disaster management at the Operations and Coordination Center (EKC). These figures may include cases that are not yet registered with EMS.
