The Austrian Europa League trio will start this year’s group stage with duels against nominally stronger opponents. UEFA announced it in their matches.
As Rapid Wien welcomes Arsenal to start, LASK will visit Tottenham Hotspur in the first round. WAC begins its European Cup season with a home game against CSKA Moscow.
After the second leg matches in the fifth round, Molde (Rapid), Ludogorets (LASK) and Feyenoord (WAC) are the opponents of the Austrian representatives in the last round.
