As SK Sturm Graz announced today in a press release, Andreas Schicker will be next season’s new managing director for sports, and thus the successor to Günter Kreissl. The former head of sports will continue to work for SK Sturm Graz in the future.
According to Sky’s information, Kreissl should move to the “second link” at the management level and support new sports director Andreas Schicker in his work starting in the fall.
Schicker, 33, previously head of scout at Sturm, will be primarily responsible for the Graz Bundesliga team in the event of a possible continuation of the championship, but especially in the upcoming transfer period.
Details of the “role exchange” at the sports management level at SK Sturm Graz will be announced at a press conference tomorrow Monday (10 a.m.).
