For the men’s slalom, the World Cup goes in rapid succession: after the night race in Schladming on Tuesday, a slalom double is scheduled in Chamonix.

The race will be opened by the Swiss Ramon Zenhäusern, followed by Alexis Pinturault. Starting number 3 is the turn of the first Austrian: Manuel Feller, who retired from the Nightrace as halftime leader. Schladming winner Marco Schwarz, who wears the red shirt of the World Cup leader in slalom, starts with number 5 after Henrik Kistoffersen.

They are followed by Clement Noel (FRA), Sebastian Foss-Solevaag (NOR) and Alexander Khoroshilov (RUS). Michael Matt, also pointless at Schladming as third at halftime, has start number 9. Fabio Gstrein starts the race at 17, Adrian Pertl is 21 and Christian Hirschbühl is 24.

The numbers of the other Austrians: 36 Marc Digruber and 41 Johannes Strolz.
