After Corona’s long weeks, the desire to return to normality is great.

Many European countries are taking additional measures this Monday. But skepticism remains in many places. There cannot be a step-by-step question. A general vision:
SWITZERLAND
Kindergartens and schools, shops, restaurants and museums may reopen on Monday about eight weeks after closing. Sport up to five is allowed again. Except in schools, hygiene measures and authorization are mandatory everywhere. If possible, you should continue to work from home so that there are no crowds on local transportation. Cinemas, casinos, swimming pools, gyms and campsites will be closed until the beginning of June. Masks are not a requirement. However, the authorities recommend them where it is difficult to keep their distance, such as on buses and trains.
FRANCE
Starting Monday, people can leave without a pass. There are no more restrictions for sports or hiking. Stores should also reopen. Restaurants and bars are closed. Parks and gardens can reopen in less-affected apartments. Gradually schools and nurseries should reopen. Freedom of movement remains limited. If you want to travel more than 100 kilometers (previously 1 kilometer), you need a good reason. At peak times, passengers with an employer certificate have priority on the Paris Metro. Masks are now mandatory on public transportation.
BELGIUM
After weeks of banning, all stores can reopen, but under strict hygiene requirements. The restrictions were already relaxed on Mother’s Day on Sunday: each home can now accommodate four people. However, they should always be the same, and you should only visit this home. The distance requirement applies incessantly.
NETHERLANDS:
After two months, the elementary schools reopen, initially for half of the students each day. Kindergartens and libraries are also open again. Hairdressers, beauty salons, and masseurs can welcome customers again. Sports can be practiced again outdoors, but without physical contact and only if a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters is maintained.
DENMARK
All stores can reopen, including shopping malls.
CZECH REPUBLIC:
Regular international trips by bus, train and plane are again allowed.
SPAIN
The holiday country operates differently regionally: the Balearic Islands with the main island Majorca, the Basque Country and other regions begin “phase 1” of normalization. Hotels, restaurants and open-air bars may reopen. In other regions, such as Catalonia or Valencia, flexibilization is only allowed to a limited extent. The capital Madrid and Barcelona remain in “phase 0” with a strict curfew.
GREECE
With the opening of all retail stores, the second phase of the restart of the economy begins. According to the government, this means that a third of employees return to work. Also, the last class of high schools is coming back to take the exams.
Norway
Older students are also back in class. For almost two weeks, first through fourth grade students were allowed to return to school, but fifth through tenth grade students and secondary schools were not.
FINLAND
Schools are due to reopen Thursday.
ESTONIA
Shopping malls may reopen, along with their restaurants and cafes. Movie theaters, bowling alleys, or play areas must remain tight. Visitors must cover their mouths and noses in stores. Museums and exhibition halls are also accessible again. Groups of up to ten people are allowed.
LITHUANIA
EU citizens and foreigners with visas can re-enter. But travelers must quarantine for 14 days. This excludes travelers, business travelers and students from Poland and later also Estonians and Latvians. The three Baltic states open their common borders on May 15.
SLOVENIA
The reopening of hotels with less than 30 beds, campsites, restaurants and amusement parks is allowed.
CROATIA
Restaurants serving outside and shopping malls may reopen. Domestic travel is made easier, but is still restricted. Long-distance public transport and domestic flights are resumed. Meetings of up to ten people are allowed if you keep your distance. Kindergartens and primary schools reopen.
SERBIA
In Belgrade, nurseries and primary schools are open to children whose parents have to work.
