A 17-year-old boy was attacked on August 21 at the Vienna-Floridsdorf water park by eight unidentified perpetrators armed with knives and a sword. The victim’s cash was stolen.
The young man was walking alone in the park that afternoon when he was surrounded by the group of eight. The suspects are said to have asked for cash back in inappropriate German.
In addition, one of the men struck the victim in the face, causing the 17-year-old to fall. The gang is said to have kicked him to the ground.

According to the victim, two men were armed with a knife and one man with a sword during the attack. After the robbery, the suspects fled in an unknown direction.
The young man then went to the nearest police station and filed a complaint. The immediate persecution that began then was unsuccessful.
