While the Klagenfurters have consistently scored points overseas in recent weeks, they have been less successful in their (recently rare) home games, before the game with Vienna they had three suite losses at city hall.
“In general, we should play better”
“We lost our role in the away game at Székesfehérvár last week and we haven’t been able to get back on track since then. The Capitals had a short lineup today, but we gave them energy, especially in the second third, we literally gave them more life. So it was a very close match that we were able to win in the end. It is positive to continue filming a meeting in the third section, too often we have not yet achieved it this year. I’m very happy for him that Dennis Sticha scored the decisive goal again at the end. Overall though, we have to play better without a doubt to be a superior team in this league, ”said Petri Matikainen, the EC-KAC head coach.
