In Klagenfurt there was a car accident on Friday night because a woman was lying on the street. It is unclear exactly what happened.
She initiated an emergency stop and hit the person lying on the ground lightly. The person lying on the ground, a 62-year-old man from Klagenfurt, was taken to the Klagenfurt Clinic after receiving initial care for injuries of undetermined degree.
The circumstances and why the 62-year-old man lay on the road are not yet known and are the subject of further investigation.
Even a bicycle accident
There had already been a serious accident in Carinthia. A 16-year-old boy from the Klagenfurt district drove his motorcycle down a municipal road in Karnburg at 7.40 p.m. At the intersection with another municipal highway, a 6-year-old boy from the Maria Saal municipality wanted to turn his bicycle to the left.
He took a long turn with his bike around the corner and turned so that he hit the road on his left. There was a side collision with the 16-year-old’s motorcycle. The 6-year-old boy fell into the collision and was indefinitely injured.
He did not wear a bicycle helmet and traveled on a public highway without a companion. The 16-year-old also fell on his motorcycle and was injured to an undetermined degree. After first aid, they were both delivered to ELKI Klagenfurt by the emergency services.
