Protester in Annapolis

Backed by President Donald Trump, hundreds of people in various American cities protested Saturday against exit restrictions imposed by the crown pandemic. About 400 protesters gathered in Concord, the state capital of New Hampshire. There were about 200 in Annapolis, Maryland, and more than 250 in Austin, Texas.
In Concord, protesters held up signs saying “The numbers lie” and shouted slogans such as “Live free or die.” Several participants in the demonstration were armed and covered their faces.
According to a recent poll, most American citizens fear that the crown restrictions may be lifted too soon, but protests against President Trump’s protective measures are being fueled.
Trump had shown solidarity with protesters on Friday. Free Minnesota! and “Free Michigan!” he wrote on the Twitter message service, followed by the call: “Free Virginia and save your great second constitutional amendment. You are under siege!” The second amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees the right to bear arms.
Demonstrations against exit restrictions had already taken place in all three states in recent days. All three states are also governed by Democratic Party politicians: Trump, on the other hand, is a Republican.
During the largest protest, about 3,000 protesters, some of whom were armed, protested in Lansing, the Minnesota capital, on Wednesday, some wearing caps and flags from the Trump campaign.
Exit restrictions currently apply in more than 40 of the 50 US states. USA Trump has made it clear on several occasions that he wants to end restrictions to boost the economy again. However, the power of decision rests with the governors of the individual states.
The United States is the country with the highest number of proven crown infections worldwide. Their number increased to almost 717,000 on Saturday. More than 37,000 infected people died.
