Pope Francis advocates a new world order

In a broader context, the Pope reaffirms his calls against a “sick world” with his new wording.

Rome / Cairo / Munich. With Francisco, the saint of Italy, Pope Francis, the Argentine, he certainly could have found more catchy quotes. However, as the title of his encyclical published on Sunday, he chose the pale “Fratelli tutti!”, Which generated strong protests in advance.

Women felt excluded from the “Brothers all!” the Pope received (at least) one open letter asking him to consider another title. Vain.

After all, whenever the original in Spanish uses the word “Brüderlichkeit” (“Fraternity”) for lack of other linguistic possibilities, the German version uses the politically correct expression “Geschwisterlichkeit”. That’s what it means, says the Vatican. So: nothing against women!
