Police helicopter in use during the search for a missing person in Gmunden

Two police helicopters and numerous police forces were on duty Thursday night searching for a missing person in Gmunden.

“A 58-year-old Croatian national was reported missing on October 8, 2020 at around 5:00 pm by staff at a care center in the Gmunden district. It was learned that the woman left the house around the 1:00 pm and I was going for a walk In the immediate vicinity was initially negative, so more patrol cars, two search dogs and the police helicopters Libelle Oberösterreich and Libelle FLIR Salzburg were called in for the search. Finally, around 7:30 pm, the missing person was captured by a passer-by not far from the care center.
