Perthaler becomes manager of a new Linz ice hockey club

Surprisingly, Liwest Black Wings Linz terminated his employment with long-term manager Christian Perthaler with immediate effect. The Tyrolean had previously received short notice, which is why a legal dispute would be imminent.

With this decision, the Wilheringer of choice is free for new tasks, which Perthaler has already found: Linz’s newly founded ice hockey club, EHV Linz, introduced the 51-year-old as manager and managing director.

“I am very happy to return at full speed for ice hockey in Linz and Upper Austria. There are great tasks ahead and I thank the new team for their confidence, “said Perthaler.

The Linzers trusted once again that they would agree to use the lounge immediately with LINZ AG and that they would quickly meet the remaining requirements for a license in the upper division.
