On the flight from Orlando to Los Angeles, a man apparently suffering from Corona was killed on a United Airlines plane. Passengers are now making serious accusations against the airline.

As reported by the US station ABC, a man died on the flight from Orlando in Florida to Los Angeles who, according to his wife, had typical symptoms of a corona infection a week before the start of the flight.

The United Airlines plane had to make an emergency landing in New Orleans so the man could be taken to hospital. However, there the doctors could only determine the death of the passenger. The flight to Los Angeles continued.

The fellow travelers are now making serious accusations against United Airlines. Angry passengers report on Twitter that his accompanying wife told first responders on board that he had been displaying typical Covid 19 symptoms such as fever, cough, and loss of sense of smell and taste for more than a week. The man already looked ill when he boarded the plane, his fellow travelers also reported.

“Why has he never measured our temperature?” A passenger asks United Airlines officials on Twitter. The man’s family asks them, “Why didn’t you go to the hospital?”

United Airlines explains that the man had signed a form before starting the trip in which he assured him that he had no corona symptoms. “It appears that the passenger wrongly confirmed this requirement,” said a United spokesman. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of the US health agency now informs fellow travelers about the risk of infection to which they were exposed.
