The president of the SP club caused damage to the parking lot on Saturday when he was drunk, justified the measure. “I take full responsibility for this and will resign my political duties with the club meeting on Tuesday,” Makor said in a statement Monday.
After a date, he drank beer in his office, then caused damage to the cottage garage parking lot. Makor reported that he informed police that the alcohol test had shown one in a thousand. He wanted to apologize for his wrongdoing.
Makor had been the president of the SPÖ club in the state parliament since 2014, and was only re-elected as deputy party leader at the state party conference on Saturday – the OÖN reported in detail on the SP online party state conference.
