The plans were already known. Now, the lockdown in Germany will begin on Monday, November 2.
As the newspaper “Bild” reports, the German government has decided to block the crown. This will start on Monday (November 2). Angela Merkel has agreed to stricter measures with the federal states. Consequently, the catering establishments will be closed, but also the museums, cinemas and theaters.
Contact restriction
The federal government wants to catch the affected companies and compensate them for a large part of their lost sales. Staying in public places should only be “allowed with members of their own household and those of another household,” the draft resolution says.
The population is asked to refrain in general from travel and private visits. Tourist overnight stays in Germany should be avoided.
Schools and kindergartens remain open
Schools, kindergartens and shops must remain open, but theaters, operas and concert halls must close, as well as arcades, cinemas and amusement parks. Fitness studios, sports facilities, swimming pools, cosmetic studios and brothels will also be closed. Restaurants, bars and pubs must also close. However, food delivery and collection should still be possible.
