Dennis Novak from Lower Austria has lost his dress rehearsal for the Australian Open. The 27-year-old lost 6: 7 (2/7) 2: 6 at the ATP Cup in Melbourne in Melbourne, putting the 39-year-old Frenchman 1-0 in the international match against the Austrians.
On Tuesday, Novak defeated a top 20 player with Italy’s Fabio Fognini. At the start of the Australian Open he will meet a Frenchman again with Adrian Mannarino, who was seeded number 32.
